WPM and individual members of our team are actively participating in their communities.
Beate and Patrick own their home in Stratford Landing, Alexandria. Each year they participate in the annual Little Hunting Creek trash pick up as part of the Potomac watershed cleanup, which is sponsored by the Alice Ferguson Foundation. In 2009 Beate and Patrick won top prize (a rain barrel) for having picked up the most trash by a single Stratford Landing household. This year they have managed to surpass their neighbors again with the help of WPM staff and friends.

We support our military families through the Fisher House Foundation and the Alexandria United Community Ministries effort to provide homes for families in peril.
WPM sponsors various local 5 year old T-ball teams. Teresa is a girl scout leader in Lake Ridge. Mike Fox volunteers at The Carpenter Shelter in Alexandria. Sandra volunteers her time at her local Fairfax County library branch.
